Britax lights up the CV Show – February 2012
Britax is a major supplier to the off-highway market, supplying most of the major construction OEM accounts including Caterpillar, JCB, Terex and Volvo, as well as agricultural companies like Agco Group, CNH, John Deere and McCormick.
At the CV Show, Britax plans to demonstrate a comprehensive range of commercial vehicle lighting, particularly its growing range of LED solutions. LED lighting offers a number of advantages over bulb-based products, including lower maintenance costs and lower current consumption. As bulbs do not need to be replaced in difficult locations or by the roadside, LED gives reduced health and safety risks and lights can be left on for longer periods, without flattening the battery.
Britax has a full range of ECE R65 approved amber warning lighting in LED suitable for all on- and off-highway applications, together with a range of LED work lamps from 600 to 6000 Lumen light output and an increasingly comprehensive range of mandatory function lighting for the commercial vehicle market.
