Brett’s Transport, of Guyhirn, Wisbech, Cambridgeshire have just taken delivery of 15 new Scania vehicles, supplied by TruckEast. The order, for 15 R-series Highline SCRs, adds to their existing fleet of 88 vehicles.

The company offers a full logistics and warehousing service to a wide range of customers. Specialists in ambient food and food grade packaging deliveries into Supermarket RDCs, Food Service depots, Manufacturers and Cash and Carrys. A fleet of modern vehicles operate nationwide with up to date tracking technology. Brett’s invest heavily in IT communication systems but also like to keep the personal touch with a comprehensive customer service department liaising between driver, client and delivery point.

Managing Director Simon Brett said his reasons for choosing Scania were down to “The complete package, a good relationship with the local dealer, driver acceptance and a 420HP engine delivering excellent fuel consumption.”
