Enhanced Shell Scheme – This is an upgraded shell scheme design which will raise the exhibitor profile in the Show at a cost effective price. The offer includes a choice of fascia and signage colours, the exhibitor logo on the upstand panel and a choice of carpet tile colours. The enhanced design is available on areas of 15 square metres or above.

Space applications, costs and allocations
The exhibition hall plans are drawn up from space applications received by September 23rd 2011. In early October, you will receive notification of your proposed stand allocation.
Rates and data
Exhibitors may book either space only or shell scheme. Shell scheme (mandatory for stands of 18sqm or less) includes white walls, carpet, fascia and name/number panel. Please note clause 3.3 of the Show terms and conditions as minimum stand fitting requirements apply to space only stands.
In order to secure your space, please complete the appropriate sections of the enclosed Space Application form and return with your deposit for £800.00 + VAT (£960.00) made payable to Commercial Vehicle Show LLP, to: Commercial Vehicle Show, 14 London Road, Rainham, Kent ME8 6YX.
How to pay
Payments can be made either by cheque (cheques not acceptable after March 16th 2012), Bankers Draft, BACS or credit card as follows:

All rates subject to VAT at appropriate rate ruling at date of invoice.
