Back on the Road is a practical guide for managers, colleagues and families following a traumatic incident in transport and logistics. Developed by the CILT(UK) Transport and Logistics Safety Forum, it focuses on the human impact of road trauma and the responsibility organisations carry beyond compliance. This session outlines why the guide was created and how it can help build a culture of compassion, recovery and resilience across the road transport sector.
