At Drax Electric Vehicles, we believe in the value of an end-to-end electrification partnership. From assessing electrification suitability and helping build the business case – to optimising fleet efficiencies and tracking revenue opportunities – we’re with our customers for the journey.
Planning an electrification roadmap is the most important element of a fleet transition or charging-facility implementation. So, we focus on understanding customers’ operational requirements, budgets and business objectives. We then analyse the suitability of EVs to carry out individual vehicles’ jobs – or simulate a charging infrastructure’s performance – and build a process map accordingly.
We identify suitable charging locations and carry out detailed surveys to understand electrical routes and capacities. Only then do we recommend hardware and software solutions. And, as we’re supplier-agnostic, we base our recommendations purely on cost-effectiveness, efficiency and future-proofing.
Arranging purchases, scheduling deliveries and acting as primary point of contact on-site, we plan and manage installations to minimise disruption to operations. Our market-leading EV management portal gives customers a user-friendly platform for managing day-to-day fleet operations and identifying opportunities for efficiency optimisation.
Our maintenance and service packages ensure customers have support far beyond implementation. We make software updates and identify any potential hardware issues, often resolving them before they affect operations.
As true partners, we also look for optimisation opportunities and track emerging developments to keep customers’ electrification investments ahead of the competition’s. This includes the provision of ‘driver days’ to improve driving efficiencies and further promote EVs within the organisation.
As part of Drax, our scale and heritage provide customer reassurance. We also embed a decarbonisation focus to empower customers’ sustainability claims and accelerate their net zero journeys – enabling a zero carbon, lower cost energy future.
