Over 30 years’ experience in the Motor Industry
Started as an apprentice in Vehicle Body Repair in 1994
Qualified in 1997 and spent 5 years working as a skilled technician in the accident repair sector
Moved into a Trainer/Assessor role in 2002 to teach and assess Accident Repair apprentices
In 2003, working for independent training providers, spent the next 14 years at the Toyota & Lexus Academy. Initially teaching and assessing their apprentices but progressed through various roles to ultimately manage the whole apprenticeship programmes, technical training programmes and was site responsible at their National Academy at the Toyota Manufacturing Facility in Burnaston, Derbyshire
Joined the IMI in 2017 as their Business Development Team Manager and currently work with a team of Key Account Managers to take IMI products and services to market
