Dylan is the Deputy Head of Training at the Community Transport Association. Starting as a Development Officer, Dylan worked closely with community transport operators, supporting them in areas such as governance support, fundraising guidance, volunteer development, and stakeholder engagement. Since then, he has helped to lead the transformation of MiDAS, implementing digital system changes and developing updated course offerings, helping to ensure that MiDAS continues to evolve as a modern, sector‑leading programme that has the needs of passengers of the centre.
