James joined the Community Transport Association as Business Development Manager in addition to his Driver Assessor Trainer role. He currently delivers all variations of MiDAS, including Assessor, Standard, Accessible, and PATS. He also holds Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) status, which enables him to offer informed, practical advice to organisations on safe driving practices, driver development, and the implementation of high-quality training standards.
