Kasia Chodurek has almost a decade of experience solving complex problems with B2B customers across investment and infrastructure. Prior to Aegis, Kasia spent six years at BlackRock in the Institutional Client Business, including two years as Business Sustainability Lead, and later served as Head of Distribution at FarmWorks, a high-growth agriculture scale-up in East Africa. She joined Aegis Energy more than two years ago and leads the business development function.
