My mission is to provide pre-employment and apprenticeship training for unemployed people and upskill existing workers in the fields of logistics and manufacturing. I have successfully partnered with leading companies such as DHL, Jaguar Land Rover, M&S, and Boohoo.com, to recruit and train hundreds of candidates for various roles. I also ensure the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and performance of the company's training and recruitment operations, by implementing process improvements and performance management systems.
