Mike has worked For Birmingham Mind for approaching 23 years, He is the training manager, which means he has responsibility for all training/workshops/webinar etc. deliveries to Companies and organisations, Colleges, Universities, Schools etc. including training contracts.
Mike has been a Mental Health First Aid instructor since 2014 as well as delivering webinars, workshops and speaking at conferences and events around many aspects of Mental Health & Wellbeing
His own lived experience of mental health issues, specifically around Anxiety, both informs and motivates his work to challenge the stigma around mental health that still hinders so many people’s recovery.
