Seema Flower is the Managing Director of Blind Ambition, a disability inclusion consultancy led by lived experience. As a blind entrepreneur, Seema works with organisations across transport, infrastructure, healthcare and financial services to improve accessibility and inclusion for blind and partially sighted people. She has advised major organisations including the UK Parliament, NHS Trusts and transport providers, and works with the Community Transport Association to improve accessible travel for disabled passengers. Through training, consultancy and advocacy, Seema helps organisations understand practical barriers and implement inclusive solutions that enable disabled people to travel, work and participate fully in society.
