One of the UK’s most experienced commercial vehicle consultants, Tim specialises in helping fleets transition from diesel to zero tailpipe emission vans and trucks. He has worked with high-profile clients across the road transport industry and brings extensive leadership experience, having held Managing Director and director-level roles at major rental fleets and OEMs.

Through his consultancy and training company, Tim supports van and truck operators, OEMs, and Tier 1 suppliers in navigating the shift to battery electric and hydrogen vehicles. His unique “CLIMOR” evaluation approach considers connectivity, autonomy, and electrification, helping organisations understand that adopting alternatively fuelled vehicles is just the beginning of a wider operational and cultural transformation.

Tim is a council member of Zemo and has contributed to key UK government initiatives, including the Electric Vehicle Energy Taskforce and policy development for zero-emission heavy vehicles by 2040. He serves as senior decarbonisation consultant to Logistics UK and provides training for the BVRLA. He also chairs the Truck Infrastructure Group, working with industry and government to ensure the UK develops the infrastructure needed for electric and hydrogen trucks.
